<p>This study aims to: (1) Analyze the implementation of the 3p marketing mix (people,<br>process, physical evidence) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan,<br>(2) Explain the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 3p marketing mix (people, process, physical evidence) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan, and (3) Prove the efforts of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan to overcome the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the 3p marketing mix (people, process, physical evidence).<br>This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of this study were the head of the madrasah, educators and education personnel at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.<br>The results of the study showed that in general the implementation of the 3p marketing mix (people, process, physical evidence) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan went well. However, there are things that need to be improved. The results of the study can be concluded that: (1) the implementation of the 3p marketing mix (people, process, physical evidence) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan went well. However, it was less than optimal in managing social media as a marketing medium for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan, (2) supporting factors in the implementation of the 3p marketing mix (people, process, physical evidence) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan are the Principal's loyalty and solidarity of educators and education staff. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the less than optimal management of social media as a marketing medium for Madrasah Tsanawiyah Husnul Khotimah 2 Kuningan, and (3) the efforts of the head of the madrasah to overcome the less than optimal use of the madrasah website is to appoint a special person in charge regarding the management of the<br>madrasah's social media, including the website page.</p>Sanan sanan
