Strategi Pengelola Sarana Dan Prasarana Berbasis Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Ujian (Anbk)Di SD Negeri 3 Calang

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management strategy for Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based facilities and infrastructure to improve the competitiveness of the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK) at SD Negeri 3 Calang. The study focuses on how school administrators design, implement, and evaluate the use of ICT to support student readiness and improve the quality of exam administration. The research method used was a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation with the principal, teachers, operators, and students. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, with attention to validity through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results indicate that the ICT facility and infrastructure management strategy includes procuring equipment that meets ANBK standards, optimizing the internet network, scheduling computer lab use, and technical training for teachers and students. Implementation of this strategy has been proven to improve student technical and mental readiness, minimize obstacles during exams, and boost the school's confidence in competing at the regional level. The research discussion confirms that the success of managing ICT facilities and infrastructure depends not only on the availability of equipment, but also on effective management, collaboration across all school levels, and adaptation to developments in educational technology. Therefore, this strategic model has the potential to be replicated in other schools to support the quality of ANBK implementation and educational competitiveness.
